A MID-LIFE WOMEN'S SUPPORT GROUP Would you like clarity and direction regarding some of the issues you are now facing at this stage of your life? This group program will give you the opportunity to develop a better understanding and focus for transformations you would like to make in your life. You will be able to identify any emotional blocks you may have, discover ways to remove them, and take action on what you want to create.
Dialogue, discussion (of relevant readings) and experiential exercises will light the path for personal change. Support, feedback and suggestions will also be part of this experience. A group is a wonderful way to learn from others and receive help for yourself.
Wendy Joffe Ph.D. is a psychologist and personal/executive coach. She has led numerous group therapy programs throughout her 30 years of clinical practice. She is at the midlife stage herself and is interested in creating experiences for herself and others to more fully realize their goals and dreams.
