Massage and yoga compliment
each other very well in stress reduction. Clients experience an
overall sense of well-being and relaxation after a massage or yoga class.
Massage clients have
specifically experienced pain relief from frozen shoulder and sciatica.
Many clients experience greater range of motion following sessions. |
I intend in the near future to
specialize in Restorative Yoga in combination with Cranio Sacral Therapy to
help patients who are recovering from surgery, those who have disabilities,
children and seniors or any others that may benefit from these therapies. |
